About Us
We are a small family team with a big passion for all things sweet! Based in the lovely county of Norfolk, our flapjack creator, pastry chef Martin Linsdell makes our uniquely fancy artisan flapjacks and treats using the finest gluten free ingredients.
Experience has taught us to never underestimate the pleasure a sweet treat can bring and that’s why we love what we do! Our fancy flapjacks and handmade treats make the perfect foodie gift or indulgent snack and can be hand delivered in and around our Norfolk HQ, safely posted across the UK in our eco-friendly packaging or picked up at our independent local stockists and events.
